At Decisive Fitness, we’re pumped to get your awesome gear (like vests and shorts) to you fast! Whether you’re in India or across the globe, here’s how we deliver the goods like fitness superheroes. Let’s jump in!

Shipping in India (Domestic Shipping)

  • To Big Cities (Metros): Your gear will zoom to you in 2-4 business days!
  • To Everywhere Else in India: Expect it in 3-6 business days—still super quick!

Shipping Around the World (International Shipping)

  • Standard Shipping: We pack and send your order in 1-2 days. It’ll take 7-10 days to reach major countries—pretty fast for a global workout!

Safety First: Every package is insured, so if the courier messes up, you won’t lose out. But if the package gets lost or damaged after it’s dropped at your door, we can’t fix that—sorry, it’s up to the courier then!

Lost in Transit?: If your order goes missing, we wait 15 days, then resend it. If we don’t have the same item, you can pick a new one or get a refund (minus shipping costs).

No-Show Orders: If you don’t accept your delivery, we’ll refund the invoice amount (minus shipping) back to your original payment.

Free Shipping Fun

  • In India: Yay! Free standard shipping on ALL orders—no extra cost!
  • International: We’ll add a flat shipping fee to your cart, depending on your country—check it at checkout!

Track Your Treasure

  • Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number—super cool! Use it to follow your package on the courier’s website (like DHL or Aramex) via the link we send.

Customs and Extra Fees

  • For international orders, you might need to pay customs or import duties—those are your responsibility. We can’t control delays from customs, so be patient!

Double-Check Your Address

  • Make sure your shipping address is spot-on! If it’s wrong or incomplete, we’re not responsible, and you’ll pay any extra shipping fees to fix it.

Delivery Oops Moments

  • Got a lost or damaged item? Email us at care@decisivefitness.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. We’ll jump in to help fast!
  • If it’s damaged, send us an unboxing video right after you open it (show the oops moment!). Then, pick a return or replacement—easy peasy!

Note: Delivery times can wiggle due to weather, strikes, or courier delays—stuff we can’t control. If you’re worried about your package, contact us, and we’ll track it down like fitness detectives!
